Dolby - Terms of Sale

The following terms apply to all products purchased through Dolby’s online store located at visionlicense-us.dolby.com.  By purchasing products through the Dolby Store, you agree to these Terms of Sale. These Terms of Sale are subject to and incorporate the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree to these Terms of Sale, you may not purchase products through the Dolby Store.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY.  Dolby does not guarantee that any product will be available at the time of your purchase, even if the product appears to be available on the Dolby Store.  Dolby revises its product selection from time to time, so products may become unavailable without notice.

PRICING & PRICE CHANGES.  Prices are shown in U.S dollars.  Dolby may change product pricing at any time.   If you pay for your order with an international credit card, the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates, and your bank or credit card issuer may charge you foreign currency conversion fees. 

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. Dolby tries to provide accurate and current information; however the Dolby Store may contain errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Dolby may refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE. Dolby reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse, or cancel your order or limit the order quantity for any reason.  An order confirmation only confirms that Dolby has received your order; it does not signify Dolby’s acceptance of your order.  If you make a payment using a credit or debit account, Dolby may confirm the availability of funds through your financial institution and may reject your order if your financial institution refuses or fails to promptly process your payment for any reason.  If Dolby cancels your order after your payment has already been processed, Dolby will refund the amount that you paid.

RESALE.  Products purchased on the Dolby Store are intended for end users only. Products sold through the Dolby Store are not authorized for resale or export, and Dolby reserves the right to reject, cancel, or limit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be purchased for resale or export.

SALES TAXES.  Your purchase will include taxes required by law. Applicable taxes will automatically be charged at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING.  Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose and the size of your product order. When you make a purchase, the shipping charges are estimated and will be presented to you during the checkout process. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.  Products purchased online through the Dolby Store may only be shipped to addresses within the U.S. and are subject to U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations.

FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY. NO REFUNDS. You warrant that you have inspected the Products and that it is adequate to your needs. For Digital Products only, You will not be, ever, entitled to any refund, rebate, compensation or restitution for any reason whatsoever, even if the Product contains material flaws.

PROMOTIONS. You may only use promotional codes and discounts in accordance with that promotion’s terms and conditions.  To be eligible for a specific promotion, your order must be submitted within the specified promotion period. Only one promotion or discount may apply to an order unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable promotion’s terms and conditions.
